President

Carolina is presently pursuing her MSc in Economics at LMU Munich and has been actively involved with Cuora since November 2021. She started her work in the Social Development division, contributing to various internal projects, and then participated in a consultancy project. Notably, Carolina took on the role of President after serving as the Head of Social Development, started in September 2022.

Vice President

Federico is a first-year master's student in CEMS-International Management at Bocconi University. Embracing the Cuorian community since September 2021, Federico has actively contributed to several consulting projects centered around sustainability and social impact, covering the roles of Team Leader and Project Manager. From November 2023, Federico is the Vice President of the association.

Head of Finance

Filippo is currently pursuing a MSc in Innovation and Technology Managament at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Passionate of technology, he would love to forge a path leading to a positive social change. After joining the association in March 2022 he became head of Finance in April 2023.

Head of Human Resources

Lorena holds a MSc in Clinical Dynamic Psychology and a BSc in Organizational Psychology, both obtained at the University of Padova. Besides, she has professional experience in HR and in psychological research.She has been part of Cuora since 2022, initially taking care of theTraining and Development subdivision and, then, becoming the Head of HR in June 2023.

Head of Project Management

Asja is currently pursuing her MSc in International Business in a Double Degree program between HEC Montreal and Bocconi University. She has been actively engaged in Cuora since March 2022, when she started working as a consultant. She joined the Client and Partnerships Acquisition division in September 2022, while working as team leader in a consultancy project. She finally took the role of Head of Project Management Office in June 2023.

Head of Client & Partnerships Acquisition

Marta is currently enrolled in the Master in Finance program at Università Bocconi, following her completion of a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Finance. She joined Cuora in 2021 as a Junior Consultant and, after a year of serving as a Project Manager and in the Clients & Partners Acquisition division, she assumed the role of Head of the division in June 2022.

Head of Legal

Giulia is currently pursuing her Integrated Master of Arts in Law at Bocconi University. Having often worked with associations, in 2023 she started being actively engaged in Cuora and in March she began her journey as Legal Expert. She started working inside the department managing the internal processes of the association and the relations with other divisions. She is guiding the legal team since November 2023

Head of Social Development

Martino is currently pursuing his MSc in Politics and Policy Analysis at Bocconi University and has been actively engaged in Cuora since August 2022.He started his work in the Social Development division, contributing to various internal projects and participated in a couple of consultancy projects. Martino took on the role of Head of Social Development after serving as the coordinator of the Social Impact Assessment subdivision.

Head of Marketing & IT

Adrianna is currently pursuing her Master’s in Management at HEC Paris. She first joined Cuora in 2023 as a junior consultant and member of the Marketing Division. In December of that same year, she assumed her role as Head of the division. Adrianna holds dual BA degrees from Duke University and Duke Kunshan University. She has also gained professional experience in marketing and communications.

Head of Cuora Concept

Lucrezia has recently concluded a MSc in International Politics at SOAS University of London and holds a BA in Philosophy. She is passionate about digital innovation, sustainability, international relations, and the protection of human rights. She entered Cuora in April 2023 as writer and editor for Insights. After having covered the position of HR responsible, column supervisor, and contributed to the creation of the journal’s new identity, she became director of Cuora Concept in January 2024.
