President

Marta is currently pursuing her MSc in Finance as part of a Double Degree program between Università Bocconi and Stockholm School of Economics. She joined Cuora in February 2022, initially working as a Junior Consultant and later advancing to Project Manager. Afterwards, Marta took on the role of Head of Client & Partner Acquisition, fostering partnerships with NGOs, non-profits and social enterprises. She has been serving as the President of the association since November 2024.

Vice President

Enrico is currently pursuing her MSc in International Management at Bocconi University. He joined Cuora in March 2023, initially working as a Consultant and later advancing to Project Manager. Afterwards, Enrico took on the role of Coordinator of Support&Accelerators within Client Acquisition, managing relationships with accelerators and incubators among other partners. He has been serving as the Vice President of the association since November 2024.

Head of Finance

Alessandro is currently pursuing his MSc in CEMS International Management at Bocconi University, after completing his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. He has been part of Cuora since October 2023, starting in the Finance division, where he contributed to the Sponsorship subdivision, while simultaneously participating in a consulting project. In September 2024 he assumed the role of Head of Finance.

Head of Human Resources

Mustafa Kemal is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, and Computer Science at Bocconi University. He joined Cuora in October 2023 in the Human Resources division, where he contributed to the Events and Training subdivision while simultaneously participating in consulting projects. In September 2024, he became the head of HR. 

Head of Project Management

Jan is currently pursuing his MSc in CEMS International Management at Bocconi University and has been part of Cuora since April 2023. He started in the Finance division, contributing to various internal projects, and then participated in different consulting projects firstly as a consultant, then as a team leader, and lastly as a project manager. Since September Jan has been the Head of the Project Management Office (PMO). In parallel to his studies, he interned in multiple strategy consultancies.

Head of Client & Partnerships Acquisition

Francesco recently completed his Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Management at Università Bocconi, including an exchange semester at Uppsala University in Sweden. He joined Cuora in October 2023 as part of the Client Acquisition division, where he became Head in September 2024. Alongside his work in Client Acquisition, Francesco contributed to two consultancy projects, leading one as Team Leader, and continues to drive impactful collaborations.

Head of Legal

Giulia is currently pursuing her Integrated Master of Arts in Law at Bocconi University. Having often worked with associations, in 2023 she started being actively engaged in Cuora and in March she began her journey as Legal Expert. She started working inside the department managing the internal processes of the association and the relations with other divisions. She is guiding the legal team since November 2023

Head of Social Development

Nicola is currently in his final year of a BSc in International Economics & Management at Bocconi and is an exchange student at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He has been active in Cuora since 2023, starting in the Social Development division, contributing to various internal projects and participating in three consultancy projects. Nicola took on the role of Head of Social Development in 2024, after serving as the coordinator of the Social Impact Assessment subdivision.

Head of Marketing & IT

Maddalena is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Management at Università Cattolica. She has been part of Cuora since March 2024, starting in the Marketing division, where she contributed to social media and engagement projects while simultaneously participating in a consultancy project. Since September 2024, Maddalena has taken on the role of Head of Marketing and IT.

Head of Cuora Concept

Benjamin is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in international relations at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow. He joined Cuora Consulting in 2023 and has led consulting projects supporting emerging forward-thinking startups in their operations. Benjamin has contributed to Cuora Consulting’s think tank, the Concept Division, working on topics ranging from European politics to climate change. Since January 2025, Benjamin has been leading Concept, aiming to enhance the division's position as a premier platform for youth-led discussions.
