Work in our Project Management division. Help us identify exemplary leaders within our organization for case placement. Develop new workflows and improve existing processes to help us achieve client objectives and satisfaction. You will be able to work as a Project Manager on multiple consulting projects. You will be in charge of ensuring that all of the project’s requirements, deadlines, and objectives are met. Also, you will need to coordinate the relationship between the Project Leader and the Client. By gaining first-hand consulting management experience, you will be able to understand whether a consulting career could fit you. If so, you will have a competitive advantage when applying to main consulting firms. Otherwise, the organizational skills you developed will help you in any career path anyway. It's a win-win. Hence, if you have already completed a project or two and your performance has been satisfactory, you may apply to become a Project Manager.
