The Recruitment Process

Cuora’s recruitment process is divided into 3 parts:

CV Submission

We encourage you to send us your CV . We consider applications on a rolling basis for each semester.

Behavioral Alignment & Group Interview

If we are interested in your candidacy, a member of our HR team will follow up and schedule a behavioral alignment & group interview with you.

The day before the interview, each applicant will receive an interview prompt. On the day of, you will have 30 minutes to collaborate with 4 other applicants to solve the prompt and prepare a recommendation, which you will then present to your interviewers.

They’ll assess your technical and interpersonal skills, and see if your values align with ours. We’re looking for candidates who are willing to test themselves and exude an eagerness to learn.

Divisional Fit Interview

We are looking for motivated and proactive candidates who will support our clients through Cuora. As such, consultants work within our divisions to help our association reach its goals. After passing the behavioral alignment & group interview, we’ll assess your divisional preferences and fit.
