Client Acquisition
The client Acquisition division is involved in all tasks of two crucial initiatives to the organization. Firstly, we take care of prospecting and carefully selecting consulting projects which will then be undertaken by our consultants. In order to do such, we set preliminary meetings with all applicants to assess their fit with Cuorian values as well as to understand the scope of the project and whether it will be interesting for our associates. Secondly, we take care of maintaining and strengthening current partnerships as well as prospecting new ones. The main criteria of a good partner are whether it shares our values and provides opportunities that result in growth opportunities for members of the association. Skills we look for in division members: proactivity, logical and structured reasoning when presenting ideas, and being comfortable with different types of stakeholders (founders of start-ups, representatives of associations...).
